Leadership

Steven founded Marathon Drive after successful operational leadership roles in an industrial electronics company, and a Fortune 500 retailer. Earlier in his career he worked at a boutique investment bank. He knows how to listen, likes to get his hands dirty, and respects all people.

Steven received his B.A. in Economics and Spanish from The University of the South (Sewanee, TN) and his M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School (Boston, MA). He grew up in Nashville, TN. He and his wife moved to the Chicago area in 2005 and have two sons and an airedale terrier.
